INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING SERVICES INCLUDING HELP LINE

INTRODUCTION

The gambling Authority is a statutory body mandated to regulate the gambling industry in Botswana as per Gambling Act of 2012.

REQUIREMENTS

The Gambling Authority would like to invite reputable qualified companies wishing to be considered for award of Counselling Services as well as a Toll Free 24 Hour Help Line.

The company would be responsible for the provision of Counselling services, both face to face as well as over the telephone for Problem and Excessive Gambling. The service provider will also be expected to provide Evaluations, Assesments and Screenings for excessive and problem gamblers and/or family members.
