Mr. Ooke is the Chairperson of the Regulatory Training and Localisation Committee (REGco). He is currently the Acting Director for Department of Town and Country Planning. He has over 15 years of experience in spatial planning with valuable and strong background in national spatial planning, land management, project management, project procurement, environmental assessment, and public administration.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Botswana and has completed a Senior Management Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosch Business School
