GAMING AND GAMBLING POLICY OF 2002 REGULATORY IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT
The Gambling Authority is pleased to announce the publication of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Report for the Gaming and Gambling Policy of 2002. As part of our commitment to transparency and stakeholder engagement, the report is now available for public review and feedback.
The public consultation period will run for 30 days, from 26 February 2025 to 28 March 2025.
We invite all stakeholders, including players, gamers, licensees, industry participants, the general public, and other interested organisations, to review the report and share their insights, comments, and suggestions. Your feedback is essential in shaping a policy that is inclusive, effective, and responsive to industry needs.
