The Gambling Authority (“the Authority”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2024. This Privacy Notice explains how and why we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or interact with us through online services or social media platforms.
This Privacy Notice applies to the Gambling Authority’s websites, electronic forms, email facilities, electronic applications or services, social media platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter), and any other digital or online platforms operated by or on behalf of the Authority.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Online forms such as:
- Responsible Gambling Enquiry Form;
- Motshameko-o-Phepha Graduate Scholarship Form;
- Self-Exclusion and Third-Party Exclusion Forms;
- Contact Us / Quick Contact Forms;
- Self-help portals on the website and USSD platform; and
- Social media accounts officially operated by the Authority (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn and X).
