Application to Conduct a Promotional Competition (regulation 3)

The Gambling Act, 2012 provides for the regulation of promotional competitions. Prospective applicants are required to note that when conducting Promotional Competitions, the consideration for purchasing the good/service should not be increased by the opportunity to participate in the competition
